Malbec Reserve

This is our signature Malbec which is produced from the grapes selected from the best sections of our vineyard to ensure the highest quality possible. The grapes are hand picked into small baskets starting the harvest in the early morning to avoid the mid day heat

The fermentation takes place in steel tanks, then we age this wine for at least 18 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels

The result is an extremely smooth wine with a great fruity taste and high alcohol content

To enjoy at its full potential, we suggest serving at between 16 and 18 °C (61-65 °F) and decanting for at least 30 minutes before serving

Our annual production of this wine is usually around 250 cases.

Malbec

This definitive style Malbec from Argentina is a young, rich , fruity wine which can be enjoyed by itself and also pairs well with so many foods

Hand pick grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, then the wine is aged for a further 12 months in stainless tanks and oak staves are added to give the wine a slight tinge of oak

 

As with our Reserve Malbec, we recommend serving at between 16 and 18 °C (61-65 °F) and decanting for at least 30 minutes before serving

Malbec Classico

This 100% Malbec wine is produced from two very different styles of Malbec grape, one grown in Vista Flores, Uco Valley and the others from Ugarteche in Lujan De Cuyo.

We blended our high quality Malbec, aged with oak for a smooth finish, with a high quality Malbec that is very fruity, to produce a Malbec that provides the best expression of the Malbec grape.

As with our Reserve Malbec, we recommend serving at between 16 and 18 °C (61-65 °F) and decanting for at least 30 minutes before serving

A very limited production wine, we only produced 900 bottles in our first vintage of 2015

We carefully hand selected the best grapes from our Pinot harvest for this wine and aged in oak barrels to give us the flavours we wanted

Gubinelli Single Vineyard

Malbec Rosé

A rosé wine hand crafted to enjoy by itself or pair with lighter foods so the wine does not overpower the food, but you still get that red wine taste, body, nose and alcohol content

The wine can stand up to a range of foods from fish, cheese and white meats to mild curry and red meats in light sauces

To produce this style of wine, we leave the juice on the skins for a few hours longer than in the production of lighter rosé wines
